Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel their orders for medical equipment or healthcare services before dispatch by contacting our customer support at sales@wecarehealths.com or calling us at +91-8067335554.

After Dispatch: Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.​

Refund Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund after verifying the issue.

Incorrect Product Delivered: In cases where the wrong product is delivered, please inform us within 48 hours. We will facilitate the return and send the correct product or process a refund.

Service-Related Issues: For concerns related to our healthcare services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service delivery. Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.​

Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.

Items purchased during promotional sales or discounts.

Customized or special-order products.

Refund Process
